Penguinpeak Technologies agrees to provide selected services to Stay With Journey as outlined in this proposal. Services commence upon receipt of signed agreement.
Minimum commitment of 6 months. Monthly fees due on the 1st of each billing month. Ad spend billed separately to Client's Google Ads account.
Traffic and ranking targets are directional projections based on industry benchmarks. Agency does not guarantee specific rankings or conversions.
Content and strategies created during the engagement are the Client's property upon full payment.
Both parties agree to keep all business information, strategies, and financial terms confidential.
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice after minimum commitment. Early termination requires payment of remaining committed fees.
Governed by the laws of Gujarat, India. Disputes resolved through arbitration in Ahmedabad.
